Pictures JK/SK & Gr. 1

This is a poster I made to practice sight words and sounds for the JK/SK and Gr. 1 classes. I glued different coloured circles on both sides of bristol board and laminated it. I write different sounds and words on the circles and have students take turns reading one of the circles. Once a circle is read correctly, it is erased (dry erase marker is used). There are enough circles so that each student gets to read/erase at least one circle. The students have been enjoying this activity as a warm-up to our PALS lesson.
