Team Building Marshmallow Challenge

Today I had the students in Mrs. Adam's class and Mrs. James' PALS classes take part in a Team Building "Marshmallow Challenge." It was a great way for me to get to know how the students worked in groups. 

They were instructed to build a tower as tall as they could using only uncooked pasta noodles, marshmallows and masking tape.

The students did a great job working together cooperatively. I was very proud of their efforts. Way to go! 

Sight Word Presentation

This is a presentation I made to use to practice the sight words. These are the words that are used when testing the students. I use this with my son (he is in SK) at home as well and he seems to enjoy it. I hope you do too!
